The line seems to begin with h; TLL VI 2901 cites one
example of honestus spelt honistus, CIL
16.108.extr.12 (AD 158).
The reading of Ceriali is compatible with
the traces but it is very difficult indeed to read the end of Flauio preceding
it.coh appears to be followed by a diagonal stroke, perhaps a mark of
abbreviation.
